Does anyone know how to trace a car in England?
I am looking for a car that was owned by a close friend, however all i have is the model and the license plate number.
The DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) will not give me the contact details of the registered owner or pass on a message for me and the owners club do not have it registered with them.
Any bright ideas? I really really really want to find this car for my friend. once it is found i will have it restored and present it to my friend.
