I wanted to know how you start a forum? I want to start one but Im not too sure of how to begin. Do I have to create it from scratch or can I buy a script?

Starting a forum is the easiest thing to do in the web I guess.
 You can have the script for free. Upload it to the server and run the install.php file. Just feel the form like you are creating a email id. you are done.
 There are various forum softwares, some are paid and some are free. Smf(like this forum) is the best among free forum softwares.

there comes  a lots of  varieties for forum. u can  get  easily  all those, only the thing is u  need to download all that readymade scripts files, and u  need to only change the formats, u need to  make topics, boards names, and just  after  that upload all that. u can  do  all that from  control panel.
