Has anyone considered how the various classic cars will cope with lead-free fuel, since the world became green focused?

This is something I think about a lot with living in the US. You have a hard time finding leaded petrol ANYWHERE here-unleaded is the norm. I cannot say I have ever really seen it....I am sure it must be sold, but.... where?!

So I had wondered how British cars would cope over here. What about conversion of sorts?
