The Rolls is truly a classic car in all senses of the word, it has stood the test of time  and fought off any competition to claim its place right at the top of the pack

Rolls Royce is such a nice car. And I'm dying to have a pink color of Rolls Royce car. I've seen it in the movie but not in person.

Talking of the Rolls, take a look at this beauty;

The oldest on display; currently at the Manchester Museum of Science. Gorgeous! I used to love car museums when I was growing up.

I think that Rolls Royce and Bentley are two of the world finest car brands. I would love to own one however I guess I will need to pick up a night job before even thinking about ever getting one LOL.

Thank's for sharing the link Jo. This Rolls Royce looks good. The steering wheel is very cute. I guess the car's seat is only for one person. Correct me if I'm wrong. Grin

I couldn't tell you for sure. That looks like it, but most cars of that era and design seated two.

Well, maybe for an average size passengers. I think my uncle is too big the that seat. It's impossible for him to drive the oldest Rolls Royce. Grin

Yeah, we as a general population are built somewhat differently than when that car was built. Between the general increase in junk food and affluence and the decrease in physically demanding work and play, we are, um, wider than we once were.

Rolls Royce are the self proclaimed best car in the world, but I wouldn't dispute that I think they're marvellous cars.

I have a regret that I had the opportunity to buy a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow a few years back and didn't bother. The car had an all over Union Jack paint job, and was said to be a piece of "Rock 'n Roll history". It was around 1996, and my initial thought was it was a car from an Oasis video. After a little more thought I decided it was more likely being sold off by Gary Glitter as his career was bombing due to child porn allegations. Sadly I will never know.
